Standard Event Tent Package – Practical & Affordable Shelter
Ideal for small to mid-sized events, this package includes sturdy, weather-resistant tents with basic setup and dismantling services. Perfect for private gatherings, markets, and small corporate events, our standard package provides reliable shelter with optional sidewalls for added protection. Available in various sizes, this cost-effective option ensures a comfortable outdoor experience without exceeding your budget.
Premium Wedding & Celebration Package – Elegant & Customizable Tents
Designed for weddings, upscale parties, and formal gatherings, this package includes high-end marquee tents with decorative drapery, flooring, ambient lighting, and optional climate control. How to Reserve Your Tent
Before booking your tent rental, review our reservation policies, payment terms, cancellation guidelines, and setup requirements. We ensure a smooth and transparent process to make your event stress-free.
Reservation & Deposit Policy
  • To secure your tent rental, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date. For last-minute bookings (less than 5 days before the event), full payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • PolicyCancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will accommodate your new date based on availability.
Setup, Takedown & Damage Responsibility
  • Our team handles all tent setup and dismantling. The setup location must be accessible, clear of obstacles, and ready for installation at the agreed-upon time. The client is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. In case of severe weather, alternative arrangements may be discussed to ensure safety and structural integrity.
